He has authored several articles on employment law topics such as ADR in the Workplace and ADR/Dispute Management Systems that have appeared in publications.
The civic positions of leadership he holds include Chairman of the Board and Deacon of Central Christian Church in Weatherford, Deacon of Bellaire Christian Church in Houston, Commissioner and sponsor of the Longhorn Council of Boy Scouts of America, and Chairman of the Board of the Parker County Housing Authority. As a former owner of a registered herd of over 500 cattle while living in North Texas, Todd was President of the Texas Brahmental Association. In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time at the business he and his wife purchased in 1995, Hilltop Nursery.
